By accepting this quotation or making a payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms: Invoices are payable as per the timeframe indicated on the document. YieldScale reserves the right to suspend services for late payments.
2. No Refunds Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once services have been initiated or products have been delivered.
3. Liability: YieldScale undertakes to provide services with professional care but does not guarantee specific commercial results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
4. Claims: Any claims regarding services or goods must be submitted in writing within 8 days of delivery.
5. Governing Law: All contractual relations are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
